Why this campus is different

Engineered for heavy use from day one

Abernethy Industrial Campus is the former headquarters of the Clackamas County Transportation and Maintenance Division. It was configured as the county’s central base for maintaining and parking its public works fleet for the whole county. The paving, fencing, buildings and layout weren’t retrofitted; they were built for serious commercial work from the ground up.

Formerly Clackamas County TMD fleet headquarters
Parking areas are paved throughout — no gravel, no mud, no ruts
Perimeter fencing with controlled, gated access
Wide aisles built for maneuvering large vehicles
